Dios abre puertas

     Many of you may already know, but this past fall I started at Elmhurst College. I have been enjoying college life and, although I have not picked my specific major yet, I like the general education classes I have been taking. I have been getting involved with a few things here on campus, but I enjoy being a part of Campus Crusade for Christ, now simply known as Cru. The community has given me a chance to grow in my faith and share in community. I have been given an opportunity to go on a trip over Spring Break to Guayaquil, Ecuador.
     Some of you may be thinking, wait a minute…isn’t your sister, Hannah, there? Yes, she is there right now with her team until November. This has been a huge way God has opened a door for me to be able to go down and work with the college campuses alongside the STINT team and see the amazing things God is doing there, as well as see Hannah. My week will consist of going to the worship and prayer meetings on the campuses, sharing the Gospel with college students, and being able to work alongside the STINT team. I will also get to experience a whole new culture and way of life!
     In order to be a part of this team I must raise $1,850. I am looking for a team of people who will partner with me either prayerfully and/or financially, by giving $50, $100, $200 or another amount towards my mission trip. Please pray about how God can use you. I believe that he can use anyone in a BIG way.

     I’m very grateful to have this opportunity to go and share the hope of Jesus Christ to the students and community in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Through this trip I will be able to grow in trusting God each day and seeing His power work through me to reach the lost so they may have hope in His name! I’m really excited about this trip!
